Due to their continued success (resulting in growth of 40% in each of the last two years) Javelin is now looking to recruit exceptional individuals at graduate level.

The Role

You will join Javelin Group's Graduate Rotational Programme. As a Consultant you will gain exposure to every department and service line of the firm. These include but are not limited to: Commercial Due Diligence, Multi Channel Strategy, Buying and Merchandising Strategy and Technology Strategy.

By the end of the 18 month programme you can expect to be equipped with first hand experience of Javelin's comprehensive service offering. You will also have accumulated the toolkit of skills required of a Consultant and will have input into which area of the business you feel you will be most suited.

Requirements

You will have an exemplary academic track record and excellent levels of numeracy. Your interest in consultancy will be borne out by some robust work experience and you should be able to evidence a clear interest in the retail sector. You will be expecting a 2.1 minimum and have excellent A-levels including Maths. Finally, we are looking for candidates who are keen to work in an open, inclusive environment alongside individuals as bright and ambitious as themselves.
