Frontiers closes the skills gap between the graduate and the employer and between school students and universities. There is discrepancy between the skills offered by applicants and those required of them. A lack of transferable skills, such as leadership, team working and communication, leaves people with a fixed skills set, unable to adapt to changing needs and demands.
